In Boise, we offer each of the four of the five species of wild Pacific salmon including our frozen fillets of Sockeye Salmon, Keta Salmon and Coho Salmon. We have whole, frozen pink salmon (headed and guttted), Smoked Salmon Strips and shelf-stable Smoked Keta Salmon. We currently have halibut, rockfish and side-striped shrimp.

Find Cynthia & George at The Boise Farmers Market (1500 Shoreline Drive) each Saturday in April, May, October, November and December.
